That the Parliament welcomes the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s award of £1.9 million to the Highland Wildlife Park, near Aviemore; understands that the funding is to be put towards the development of a new visitor centre at the site; notes the immense value of tourism to the fragile rural economy of the Highlands, and looks forward to work on the centre beginning in due course.
