That the Parliament congratulates Callum Farquhar on being appointed an OBE in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2019; acknowledges that, as Regional Commissioner, East Scotland Region Scouts, Callum, who is from Low Valleyfield in Fife, was appointed an OBE for services to the Scouting movement; recognises that Callum has also been involved in the Japan Society of Scotland and has been its treasurer for the last few years and received the Samurai Award with a commendation from the former Prime Minister, David Cameron, and commends Callum for his sterling work.
