During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

Burntisland Heritage Trust Funding

That the Parliament congratulates the Burntisland Heritage Trust on securing £9,215 from Fife Council to restore three historic paintings; understands that the works include the Magistrates' Seat by Andrew Young, Young Burnt Island, Fifeshire by S Humble, and The Bridge of Life by Andrew Young; notes that the works are currently displayed in Burntisland Burgh Chambers and were recommended for restoration in 2008, and recognises the importance of conserving important heritage pieces such as these.
