Primary School Pupil Wins Bronze Medal in Angling Championships

That the Parliament congratulates Alfie Stewart, a primary school pupil from Dumbarton, on winning a bronze medal in the Junior National Coarse Angling Championship 2018; understands that this was the first time that Alfie had participated in the competition at Magiscroft Fishery in Cumbernauld and that he caught an impressive 27 fish weighing a total of 2lbs; notes that Alfie was the youngest ever participant in the competition and also received new fishing gear as part of his prize; congratulates him on his success, and wishes him well for the future.
