That the Parliament supports the combined efforts of the Garioch Sports Centre, Aberdeen FC Community Trust, Inverurie Loco Works FC and Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership, among others, in establishing the Senior Zone, which is aimed at improving the physical wellbeing of individuals over the age of 60; notes that various activity sessions, such as walking, table tennis and dance classes, are offered at low cost and are available on a weekly basis, giving participants a regular opportunity to exercise, and commends the aim of Senior Zone organisers in creating an environment of social inclusion, which encourages people to stay fit and active, regardless of their age.
