That the Parliament acknowledges that, on 9 September 2017, the annual Dandara 5K run was held at Hazlehead Park in Aberdeen; congratulates the event on raising more than £9,000 for the improvement of the local park, which has contributed to the replanting of the Queen Mother Rose Garden, renovation of the fountain and improvement of the Pets Corner; recognises that this park is a popular location for the community, which will greatly benefit from the money raised by the event, and wishes the event further success in the future.
