That the Parliament congratulates a super-fit gran who has just completed climbing all 282 of Scotland’s highest mountains at the age of 76, for the third time; notes that Elsa Yates, a retired English teacher, started her labour of love back in 1988 with her late husband, Bobby, when she joined Polmont Hillwalking Club, and considers that Elsa's great experience of walking in the Scottish mountains is an inspiration to everyone.
