That the Parliament is aware that the Manchester bomb victim, Laura MacIntyre, has made "remarkable progress" after suffering serious injuries from the recent suicide bombing; notes that Laura, from Barra in the Outer Hebrides, was at the Ariana Grande concert on 22 May 2017 with her friend Eilidh MacLeod, who sadly passed away from her injuries in hospital; further notes that Laura's parents, Michael and Nan, said that their daughter "is amazing us every day with her strength and determination" as she is treated in hospital, adding that the 15-year-old had "sustained horrendous injuries", but has now been taken off a ventilator and is able to talk to them, and wishes Laura and all the others who sustained injuries at the concert well with their recovery.
