That the Parliament congratulates the Irvine-based Ayrshire College sports students, Lauren Gilbert and James O’Neill, on their outstanding achievements, which were recognised at the North Ayrshire Sports Awards; understands that Lauren, who volunteers with North Ayrshire Schools and coaches in a variety of sports, won the Young Volunteer of the Year award and that James, who coaches with KA Leisure, the Ayrshire Tornadoes basketball team and North Ayrshire Athletics Club, was named the Community Coach of the Year; commends Lauren and James on their hard work and dedication, and wishes them both all the very best for the future.
