That the Parliament congratulates Orkney Builders (Contractors) Limited on being named the Top Small Scottish House Builder at the National House Building Council's 2026 Pride in the Job Awards, which were held in Glasgow on 11 September 2026; understands that this is the second time in three years that the company has earned this award; notes that Orkney Builders' Eric Wallace also received a Seal of Excellence Award for Scotland, and will now go on to compete in the Pride in the Job Supreme Awards taking place in London in January 2027; considers these awards to be a reflection of the hard work, skills and attention to detail that Orkney Builders bring to every project site; thanks its entire team for consistently delivering high-quality construction services to businesses and families across Orkney; congratulates all of the businesses and individuals nominated at this year's Pride in the Job Awards on their achievements, and wishes them continued success in the future.
