That the Parliament congratulates The Auld Hoose pub in Kinghorn, which is known locally as "The Hoose" on it winning the Community Fundraising Hero Scotland Award at the Community Pub Hero Awards for 2026; commends the efforts made by the community and patrons of the pub, which hosts all kinds of fundraising events, including monthly open mic nights, tea parties and domino competitions, with all proceeds going toward local groups such as the Kinghorn Community Library, Kinghorn Children's Gala and Kinghorn RNLI; recognises the special mention of the efforts of Brian, Paul, Sharon and Karen toward helping win this well deserved award and supporting worthy causes in the community; recognises that the town of Kinghorn and county of Fife are very proud of all the team at the Auld Hoose, and hopes that they continue their brilliant fundraising efforts for many years to come, making a difference in the community
