National Lottery Funding for Communities Across South Scotland

That the Parliament welcomes the news that 95 organisations across South Scotland have secured a combined £6.3 million from the National Lottery Community Fund; recognises what it sees as the invaluable work that this funding is supporting through a wide range of services and initiatives, including support for young people, carers, older people and people with mental health difficulties; commends the staff and volunteers whose dedication makes this work possible, and thanks everyone involved for the positive contribution that they make every day to communities across South Scotland.
