That the Parliament congratulates TP Niven of Palnackie on reaching its 100th anniversary in 2026; notes that the company was founded by Thomas Paisley Niven in 1926 and has grown from a single lorry serving local farms and businesses into one of the largest milk haulage operators in the UK; recognises its long-standing roots in Dumfries and Galloway and its continued commitment to the community; commends the generations of the Niven family and the many employees whose hard work and dedication have contributed to the area's economy and rural communities across the south of Scotland and beyond; notes TP Niven's longstanding service to Scotland's farming and dairy sectors through its role in collecting and transporting 60% of Scotland's milk, and wishes it every success for many years to come.
