That the Parliament congratulates Haldane Youth Services on providing support to young people across West Dunbartonshire for the last 20 years; understands that the aim of the project is to promote the wellbeing, confidence and leadership skills of young people through afterschool activities and a youth provision that is familiar, accessible and rooted in the community; notes that the service works closely with the young people it supports to help raise their aspirations by growing their confidence and self-esteem and allowing them to make healthy life choices and experience positive social interactions; recognises that the service achieves this by delivering activities and trips throughout the year, which are designed to engage, inspire and support children to broaden their horizons; wishes Haldane Youth Services all the best for the future, and believes that it will continue to grow and deliver successful outcomes for children across West Dunbartonshire.
