That the Parliament congratulates the Helensburgh charity, the Gareloch Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), on the fundraising success of its sold out 50th anniversary ceilidh and curry night, which welcomed 96 attendees and raised £700 at the Geilston Hall in Cardross, to support its work; understands that this significant sum was generated directly through the efforts of a Helensburgh based organisation committed to improving the lives of disabled people through therapeutic horse riding opportunities; recognises the dedication of the charity’s volunteers, supporters and participants, whose efforts ensured that this fundraiser made a meaningful financial contribution to sustaining the service, and wishes Gareloch Riding for the Disabled Association the very best for the future.
