That the Parliament celebrates 25 years of success in business with new plans for Kirkcaldy’s Bliss Beauty; understands that Christine Cunningham-Smith set up Bliss Beauty with well-known hairdresser, Dom Panetta, in 2000, then branching out on her own and thriving, despite facing challenges; notes that in 2025, Christine and the 13-strong team welcomed more than 1,400 clients at the Whytescauseway salon; recognises that in 2014, Bliss became the first salon in Scotland to be awarded Clarins Gold Salon of the Year for excellence in both customer service and treatments and is developing an accredited training course as a new challenge, and extends its best wishes to everyone at the salon and for continued success in the future.
