That the Parliament congratulates Michelle Ferguson of Dunbartonshire on being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by King Charles in the New Year Honours List for services to the economy; notes that she is the current CBI Scotland director, known for business growth, transformation, and social purpose leadership; understands that Michelle has also held roles such as the UK managing director for Royal British Legion Industries, and founding Scotland's Bravest Manufacturing Company, and wishes her every success in her current role.
