That the Parliament congratulates Mr Gavin McCann of CALA Homes on being awarded the NHBC Pride in the Job Regional Award in the Multi Builder Category, for his work as site manager on the Queensferry Heights development in South Queensferry; understands that Mr McCann was selected from over 8,000 site managers and passed through three stages of judging; further understands that this is the only award in the UK that is dedicated to recognising site managers specifically; believes that the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, commonly known as the "Oscars of housebuilding", have been instrumental in driving up standards across the industry; celebrates the fact that Lothian is home to a growing number of cutting-edge housing developments like Queensferry Heights; thanks Mr McCann for his work on Queensferry Heights, and wishes him the best of luck at the Supreme Awards, which will be held in January 2026.
