Celebrating Special Achievement of Great Britain Deaf Women’s Football Team at 2025 Deaflympics in Tokyo

That the Parliament celebrates the very special achievement of the Great Britain Deaf Women’s Football team on securing the Bronze medal at the 2025 Deaflympics in Tokyo; extends its very best wishes to Christina Murray from Kirkcaldy and the rest of the UK Deaf Women’s Team on their 2-0 victory over Australia; acknowledges the hard work and team effort of all the players, staff and their families; recognises and is very proud of the team’s resilience and dedication, as a self-funded team, in achieving this result; extends its very best wishes for continued success into the future, and hopes that everyone enjoys the celebrations.
