That the Parliament congratulates the volunteers at granton:hub, Edinburgh, on recently being awarded £10,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund; agrees that this is a fitting recognition of the team’s work, including portrait drawing classes, exhibitions of painting and photography, yoga sessions, morning meditation, heritage walks and collaborations with the University of Edinburgh on local history; understands that granton:hub plans to use the money to refurbish and equip a community room to provide a versatile space to deliver activities and events for the community; celebrates the volunteers for their dedication to the arts and heritage in Granton, and wishes them the very best in their future endeavours.
