Celebrating the Success of the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards

That the Parliament congratulates all involved in organising and delivering the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards 2025, which were held on 7 November at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries; notes that the evening was hosted by Masters of Ceremonies, Andrea Thompson and Bruce McKenzie; further notes that the event featured 14 award categories, including Education Hero of the Year, Community Champion and the Outstanding Achievement Award; recognises this event is a celebration of the outstanding achievements, dedication and contributions of individuals and groups across Dumfries and Galloway; commends the organisers, nominees and winners for creating a memorable evening that highlights community spirit and excellence in the region, and wishes the Dumfries and Galloway Life Awards continued success in future years.
