That the Parliament congratulates Growing Kirkcaldy on winning a Gold certificate in the Town and City Centres category of the annual Britain in Bloom awards; commends the group on being one of three Scottish finalists nominated in the UK finals; notes that the group featured on BBC's The One Show; acknowledges the huge amount of work that has gone into all the town's floral displays, including the boat at Merchants House, along the esplanade and in the Memorial Gardens, and commends the dedication of all the volunteers involved in keeping Kirkcaldy beautiful.
