That the Parliament congratulates Muirhouse Farm, based in Inverclyde, on being named the Champion of Champions at the AgriScot Agricultural Awards 2025; recognises what it sees as the outstanding contribution of Wendy and James MacDougal to the Scottish sheep industry through meticulous performance recording, insightful analysis, and exceptional stockmanship; commends their role as passionate ambassadors for agriculture, engaging the public with authenticity and pride; believes that their work not only strengthens the farming sector but also enhances Inverclyde’s tourism offering by welcoming visitors and sharing the story of modern Scottish farming, and wishes Muirhouse Farm continued success in promoting rural enterprise and agricultural excellence.
