Fiona Campbell Appointed MBE in The King's Birthday Honours List 2025

That the Parliament congratulates Fiona Campbell, Chief Executive of the Association of Scotland's Self-Caterers (ASSC), on being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in The King’s Birthday Honours List 2025, for her services to Scottish tourism; believes that Fiona has been instrumental in driving the growth of the ASSC since her appointment as its first chief executive in 2015; notes that ASSC now represents over 1,700 members; acknowledges what it sees as her significant contributions to promoting the self-catering sector, securing legislative change, and providing vital support during the COVID-19 pandemic; recognises her leadership and advocacy, which have been pivotal in addressing challenges facing the tourism industry; appreciates her dedication to fostering a sustainable and inclusive tourism landscape in Scotland, and wishes her continued success.
