That the Parliament congratulates 9-year-old Max Lopez of Milngavie, who won the chance to travel to Stuttgart, Germany, to become a mascot at the Scotland v Germany game in the UEFA Euro 2024 football competition; understands that the family entered a competition, which was run by Lidl stores, and were delighted to be one of the winners; further understands that Max and his father travelled courtesy of UEFA in what it considers as a once in a lifetime opportunity and that they were given the chance to partake in local educational experiences; believes that Max is a keen footballer, currently playing in the 2015’s team at Milngavie Football Club, and wishes him every success in his footballing journey.
