Royal Recognition for Kilmarnock Scout

That the Parliament congratulates John Ernest Hutcheson, of Kilmarnock, on being awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to Scouting through his membership on the National Inclusion Team; understands that the award was bestowed as part of The King's Birthday Honours 2024; commends what it sees as John’s significant contribution to Scouts through his work on the National Inclusion Team to ensure that all young people and volunteers feel welcome and comfortable to take part in Scouting, and wishes him all the best in the future.
