That the Parliament recognises the outstanding efforts of Heather Bryson, who, during lockdown, created exercise videos to help her grandmother, who was in a care home, to encourage basic movement and rehydration; understands that, to this day, Heather attends various craft fayres where she sells her home-made, recycled crafts to raise money for dementia services; notes that Heather was featured in the book, Humble Heroes, and praised on the TV programme, Lorraine, and further notes that Heather was awarded a British Citizen Youth Award for her efforts.
