Bill Kirkhope Named as Individual Winner in Burntisland Community Awards

That the Parliament congratulates Bill Kirkhope after being named as the individual winner in the annual Burntisland Community Awards; understands that as the recently retired editor of the Burgh Buzz magazine, Bill took the magazine from strength to strength in both quality and scale, helping to keep local people abreast of everything that matters for Burntisland; further understands that Bill has been fully involved with a wide variety of local activities, particularly those of the Community Council with the aim to make Burntisland a better place to live for all; commends Bill for his dedication to the town and the people who live there, and wishes him all the best for the future.
