That the Parliament recognises Margaret Fairley and her staff at Toys Sweets and Sumin 2 Eat, of Cowdenbeath, for their fundraising efforts and tombola that has raised £1,300 for the Salvation Army; understands that Margaret and staff wanted to ensure that local kids do not go without a gift this Christmas; notes that they have spent the fundraising proceeds locally to buy items such as cuddly toys, board games, books and deodorant sets, to make sure there is a present under the tree for local youngsters; understands that Margaret is also funding and hosting a Christmas party for kids and festive dinner for older residents; thanks Margaret and her staff for all they are doing to support local people through the cost of living crisis, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
