That the Parliament congratulates Elizabeth Chapman, of Strichen, on celebrating her 100th Birthday; notes that Elizabeth, better known as Betty, was born in 1922 and worked to help build the family’s farming businesses; further notes that she has five children, including the former Member of the Scottish Parliament, Peter Chapman; understands that Betty received a special birthday card from Her Majesty The Queen to mark the occasion, and wishes her the best of health and many more years of happiness ahead.
