That the Parliament congratulates the England Women’s Football team on becoming the new European Champions; notes that it comes 56 years after the only other previous major trophy won by a men's or women's England senior team; considers that the Lionesses' victory is a hugely significant and historic moment in British sporting history, and celebrates the wonderfully positive impact, it believes, their victory will have on women’s football in the UK.
