  • Date lodged: Thursday, 09 June 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-04713

That the Parliament understands that BBC Scotland is filming its new drama series Granite Harbour in Aberdeen; recognises that the drama will be the second to be commissioned for BBC Scotland; applauds the decision to bring Aberdeen and the north east of Scotland to television audiences; supports Liverpool-based LA Productions in bringing what it sees as a welcome boost to both Scottish and regional television and film production, and recognises what it sees as the opportunity to be found in the north east of Scotland for future productions.
