As an amendment to motion S5M-01412 in the name of Michael Russell (Implications of the EU Referendum Result and UK Negotiating Position), leave out from "agrees" to end and insert “considers that voting for a departure is not the same as voting for a destination, and with the ongoing contradictions and absence of any certainty within the Brexit Conservative administration, calls on the UK Government to agree to a referendum on the final terms of Brexit.”
