As an amendment to motion S5M-01412 in the name of Michael Russell (Implications of the EU Referendum Result and UK Negotiating Position), after “Single Market;” insert "recognises that the freedom for people to move for work, study and other purposes is a fundamental aspect of the single market, and considers that any arrangement that privileges the freedom of business at the expense of the freedom of citizens is unacceptable;"
