As an amendment to motion S2M-3253 in the name of Tavish Scott (Clyde and Hebrides Lifeline Ferry Services), leave out from “welcomes” to end and insert “opposes the proposals of the Scottish Executive to put the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry services out to tender as it views these proposals as unnecessary, unacceptable and in conflict with the need to defend lifeline services and the jobs of those who work in these services.”
