To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide details of the work it has carried out to date regarding the development of its proposed three-year job guarantee scheme for newly qualified teachers.
Answer
The Scottish Government will deliver the reforms necessary to support the introduction of a three-year job guarantee for teachers.
Development of the detailed proposals is at an early stage and Parliament will be kept updated as this work continues.
