Good morning, and welcome to the 27th meeting in 2025 of the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee. We have no apologies this morning. Tess White will be joining us remotely.
Our first agenda item is a decision on taking agenda item 3 in private. Agenda item 3 is consideration of the evidence that the committee will take this morning in its inquiry on human rights, equalities and access to services in rural areas of Scotland.
