Good morning, and welcome to the 22nd meeting of the Subordinate Legislation Committee. We must first decide whether to consider agenda item 6 on the committee report in private. In our pre-meeting discussion, we agreed that we had not yet had an opportunity to consider it, so I suggest that we should consider it in private after we have discussed the other items on our agenda.
