National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 (SSI 2000/188)

The Convener:

There is a minor point in relation to section 32E of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, which is cited as an enabling power, but there is no appropriate reference in the footnote. That can be dealt with through our usual procedure of writing to the Executive. Apart from that, no points arise in relation to these regulations.
