Item 1 is the consideration of Executive responses.
We should draw the attention of the lead committee and the Parliament to the fact that we pointed out defective drafting in the regulations, which the Executive has acknowledged. That is the point that Gordon Jackson was making. We will leave it to the lead committee to deal with matters hereafter.
