By a Parliamentary Bureau motion, the Parliament agreed that the convener of the committee should be chosen from the Scottish Liberal Democrats. Under agenda item 2, I invite nominations for convener.

I nominate Andrew Arbuckle.

Thank you very much. I do not believe that Trish Godman is the oldest committee member. If she is, I am running her a pretty close second.
