Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 22nd meeting in 2012 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. Members and the public should turn off all mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as leaving them in flight mode or on silent will affect the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take in private items 4 and 5, and future consideration of evidence as part of the committee’s draft budget scrutiny. Do members agree to do that?
