I apologise for being one minute late. Welcome to the 15th meeting this year of the European and External Relations Committee. We have received apologies from Patricia Ferguson.

Today, we welcome a new member to our committee. I invite him to declare any interests that are relevant to the remit of the committee.

I have some farming interests, and have previously been a director of the NFU Scotland and Scottish Enterprise.
