Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the third meeting in 2013 of the Finance Committee of the Scottish Parliament. I remind all those who are present to please turn off any BlackBerrys, mobile phones, tablets or other electronic devices.

Our first item of business is to decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. Do members agree to do that?
