I welcome members to the Subordinate Legislation Committee's 32nd meeting in 2005. I have received no apologies. Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take an item in private. The clerks require guidance from members on the content of the committee's draft report on phase 2 of our inquiry into the regulatory framework in Scotland. Such discussions are usually taken in private. We will discuss the report next week, so I am giving members advance warning. Are members content to discuss the report in private?
