Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, colleagues, and welcome to the Referendum (Scotland) Bill Committee’s 23rd meeting in 2013. As usual, I ask everyone to ensure that their mobile phones are switched off. We have received no apologies for today’s meeting, so we shall proceed to the business.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. We will have to agree a report on the instrument that we are about to consider. Are members content that we consider the draft report in private at future meetings?
