Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the fourth meeting of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys as they impact on the broadcasting system.

Under agenda item 1, I seek the committee’s agreement to take in private item 5, which is on the committee’s work programme. Is that agreed?
