Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone. I welcome you to the eighth meeting in 2012 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they affect the broadcasting system.

We have received apologies from Margaret McCulloch and we welcome Graeme Pearson, who is attending as a substitute.
