I thank everybody for their attendance and welcome them to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee’s first meeting this year. I intimate apologies from Aileen Campbell, Robert Brown and Peter Peacock. Alasdair Morgan is substituting for Aileen Campbell.
