There are two instruments to consider under the negative procedure. I will read out the paper and we can come to a conclusion. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has considered the regulations and has made comments on the first. Members have an extract from that committee's report. We also have a reply from the minister on the issues that we raised on the publication of subsidy information in relation to the less favoured areas support scheme. Do members have any comments?
